Water! Water! Water!
Adequate hydration – aka "drinking plenty of water" – is critical to keeping headaches and tummy aches away. Please make sure your child has a water bottle with them at school each day. Drinking water goes a long way toward helping students stay in class and continue learning.
Clothing Donations
The health office is always in need of usable underwear, shorts, pants, shirts, socks and shoes in all sizes. Your donation goes to help a Boulder Creek student and is greatly appreciated.
